New Tune Tuesday: Slow Down

A few months ago, I noticed that my playlist was causing me to run faster than I should, even on runs that were supposed to be easy or recovery runs.  I realized that all my songs were the really upbeat & fast kind (think: Pitbull, Black Eyed Peas, etc) and didn’t do anything to help slow me down.  Over the past few months, I’ve been trying out different types of songs for running, and I’ve really come to enjoy my slower runs – they are so much more relaxing with slower music!
